FBR and PRA integration
Restaurants that must report sales to the Federal Board of Revenue or the Punjab Revenue Authority can connect in minutes. Add your POS ID and token in Settings → Integrations → Tax reporting and each sale is reported as it's paid. The returned invoice number and QR code print on the bill, so customers can verify it. If a submission fails (for example, during an outage), it's listed in the activity log and can be sent again.
Card and digital payment rates
Pakistan's provincial authorities have encouraged card and digital payments with a lower sales tax rate than cash. Rates change with each budget, so set the rates that apply in your province in EvronDesk and update them when the rules change. Check with your tax adviser.
JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast
Each has its own button on the payment screen. Raast QR and bank transfers sit alongside cash and card, and every method is reported separately for reconciliation.
foodpanda and your own delivery
foodpanda orders can come in through Deliverect or a direct connection, landing on the kitchen display in your own item names. For your own riders, use the delivery board, cash-on-delivery tracking and delivery zones. Your commission-free ordering page is perfect for WhatsApp and Instagram.
Urdu and English
Give every dish an Urdu name alongside English. Both show on kitchen tickets, bills and your online menu. Karahi, nihari and biryani look right in both.
Load-shedding and outages
Run the register on a laptop or tablet with its own battery, and keep the router on a UPS. When power or internet drops, EvronDesk keeps billing offline and syncs when it's back.

EvronDesk is cloud software built by Capra in Lahore. There's nothing to install from a CD and no technician visit: sign up, add your menu, and start billing the same day.
Frequently asked questions
Is EvronDesk FBR integrated?
Yes. Add your FBR POS ID and token in Settings → Integrations → Tax reporting. Each sale is reported to FBR and the FBR invoice number and QR code print on the receipt.
Does it support PRA for Punjab restaurants?
Yes. PRA reporting is built in. For Sindh (SRB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPRA) and Balochistan (BRA), contact us and we'll check whether their systems can be connected through our tax connector.
Can I charge a different tax rate for card payments?
Provincial rules have offered a lower sales tax rate when customers pay by card or digital wallet. Set the rates in EvronDesk to match the current rules for your province and confirm them with your tax adviser.
Can I take JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast payments?
Yes. Each has its own payment button and appears separately in reports.
Does it work during load-shedding?
Yes. Run the register on a laptop or tablet with a battery, and EvronDesk keeps billing offline if the router goes down. Everything syncs when power and internet return.
