VAT that matches your menu

Most of Europe taxes food differently from drinks, and many countries tax eating in differently from takeaway. In EvronDesk each item carries its own VAT rate, takeaway and delivery orders can use a different rate, and prices can include VAT so the number on the menu is the number on the bill. Your VAT number prints on every receipt, and reports break VAT down by rate for your return. Journal exports go into Xero or QuickBooks for your accountant.

Tips and service charge

Guests can add a tip at payment, and you can add a service charge to every table or only larger groups. Both are recorded by server, shift and payment type, so sharing them fairly takes minutes, not an evening with a spreadsheet.

Delivery apps across Europe

Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat Takeaway, Wolt and Glovo orders can arrive through Deliverect, matched to your menu and shown on the kitchen display with the app's name. Your own commission-free ordering page and QR table ordering run alongside them. See delivery apps.

Keep your card terminal

EvronDesk doesn't process cards, so you keep the terminal and rate you already have, whether it's from your bank, Adyen, SumUp, Mollie, Viva or Worldline. Take the payment on the terminal and record it on the POS. Online orders can be paid through Stripe.

Local rules, set up properly

Tax and receipt rules differ across Europe and change often. Before you open, we'll walk through your country's VAT rates, receipt details and reporting with you, so your setup matches what your accountant expects. Talk to us about your country.

Languages, currencies and time zones

The POS shows prices in your own currency, keeps reports on your local time zone, and supports a second language for item names on menus and receipts, which helps restaurants with international guests or staff.
