Staff management inside your POS

Give each person the right access, plan the week's shifts, let staff clock in on the register, and see labour against sales without a separate HR app.

Short answer

EvronDesk includes six staff roles, PIN sign-in for shared devices, shift scheduling, clock in and out, timesheets with breaks, tips by server and a full activity log. Labour cost appears next to sales in reports.

Roles and permissions

Invite staff by email and give each a role. Cashiers and waiters take orders and payments. Kitchen staff see the kitchen display. Drivers see their deliveries. Managers can do everything except billing and ownership. Owners see it all.

PINs on shared devices

On a shared register, staff tap their name and enter a four-digit PIN. Everything they do is recorded against them. The screen locks after a set time so nobody rings up under someone else's name.

Rotas and timesheets

Build the week's schedule on the Team screen. Staff clock in and out on any device, and breaks are recorded. Timesheets show scheduled versus actual hours and export to CSV for payroll.

Labour against sales

Reports put labour hours and cost next to sales by day, so you can see the labour percentage that matters to your margins. Pair it with sales by hour to plan the next rota around when you're actually busy.

The activity log

Every void, refund, discount, price change and setting change is in the activity log with who, what and when. Filter it by person when something doesn't add up.

Frequently asked questions

What staff roles does EvronDesk have?

Six: owner, manager, cashier, waiter, kitchen and driver. Each sees only the screens and actions that fit the job. Managers can approve voids, refunds and larger discounts.

Can staff clock in on the POS?

Yes. Staff clock in and out from the sidebar on any device. Breaks are recorded too, and timesheets are ready for payroll.

Can I create custom roles?

Not at the moment. EvronDesk uses six fixed roles, which cover most restaurants. Manager approval and discount limits add finer control.
