Short answer

EvronDesk handles delivery from every source in one place: your own ordering page, phone orders and delivery apps such as foodpanda, Talabat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats (through Deliverect, UrbanPiper or a direct connection). Orders go to the kitchen display and a delivery board where you assign drivers and track each order.

The tablet problem

A typical delivery-heavy restaurant has one tablet per app on the counter, each beeping in its own way. Someone retypes every order into the POS so it reaches the kitchen, mistakes creep in, and the end-of-day numbers never quite match. Bringing every channel into the POS fixes that: one queue for the kitchen, one set of numbers for you.

How delivery-app orders arrive

Delivery-app orders reach EvronDesk in one of two ways:

  1. Through an aggregator such as Deliverect or UrbanPiper. The aggregator connects to the apps; EvronDesk connects to the aggregator. This is the quickest way to cover many apps at once.
  2. Directly, where an app or your own developer posts orders to your restaurant's intake address.

Either way, items are matched by SKU (the PLU in Deliverect, the merchant ID in UrbanPiper), so the kitchen sees your own item names. If something doesn't match, the order still comes through with the unmatched item clearly flagged, so nothing is silently dropped. Repeat deliveries of the same order are ignored automatically. Full details are on the delivery apps integration page.

The delivery board

Delivery orders appear on a board with columns for each stage. Assign a driver, mark it picked up and delivered, and see at a glance which orders are paid and which need cash collected. Each order has a maps link for the address. Guests get a tracking link that shows when their order is on its way.

Zones, fees and minimums

Set up delivery zones with their own fee and minimum order. Your online ordering page checks the zone before the guest can place the order.

Cash on delivery

Cash-on-delivery orders are marked clearly on the board and in the driver's list. At the end of the shift, reconcile each driver's cash against their delivered orders.

Frequently asked questions

Can EvronDesk receive orders from delivery apps?

Yes. Connect through Deliverect or UrbanPiper (which link to most major apps), or send orders straight to EvronDesk's intake endpoint. Orders are matched to your menu by SKU and appear on the kitchen display.

Does EvronDesk track drivers?

It assigns orders to drivers and tracks status (assigned, picked up, delivered), with a maps link for each address. It doesn't do live GPS tracking of drivers.

Can I take phone orders for delivery?

Yes. Choose Delivery on the register, add the customer and address, and the order goes to the kitchen and the delivery board.
