Short answer

EvronDesk has loyalty points, tiers, store credit, gift cards and guest profiles built in. Points are earned automatically on payment, gift cards can be sold, reloaded and redeemed at the register, and birthday and win-back lists help you bring guests back.

Guest profiles

Each guest has a profile with contact details, visit history, total spend, allergies and notes ("prefers the corner booth", "nut allergy, serious"). Staff see it when they attach the guest to an order or booking.

Points and tiers

Set how many points each unit of currency earns and what they're worth. Create tiers (for example, regular, silver, gold) with their own perks. Points are added when the bill is paid and redeemed through the discount button. No separate app, card or tablet at the counter.

Gift cards and store credit

Sell gift cards for any amount, physical or digital, and take them as payment. Check balances and reload in a few taps. Store credit works the same way for refunds and prepaid accounts, which is handy for regulars, offices and hotel guests who settle monthly.

Birthdays and win-back

The Birthdays & win-back list shows who has a birthday this week and which regulars haven't been in for a while. Send each a WhatsApp message with an offer. Export the guest list to CSV for email or SMS tools if you prefer.

Promotions

Promo codes, happy-hour pricing, buy-one-get-one and combos are all in Menu → Deals, and they apply on the POS, your ordering page, QR menus and kiosks alike.

Frequently asked questions

How do loyalty points work in EvronDesk?

Link an order to a guest by phone number or name. Points are added when the bill is paid, at the rate you set, and can be redeemed as a discount on a later visit.

Can I sell gift cards?

Yes, physical or digital. Sell them at the register, check the balance, reload them, and take them as payment. Each card works at the restaurant that issued it.

Can I send birthday offers?

Yes. The Birthdays & win-back list shows guests with birthdays coming up and regulars who haven't visited recently, with a one-tap WhatsApp message for each.
