Refund Policy

Effective July 17, 2026

We want you to be happy with Evrondesk. This policy explains when refunds are available for subscriptions and one-time purchases, and how to request one.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

New paying customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge on any Evrondesk subscription plan. Contact us within that window and we will refund the initial payment in full to the original payment method.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from Workspace settings → Billing; your workspace remains active until the end of the current period. Monthly renewals are non-refundable outside the 14-day window above.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed upfront. If you cancel within 30 days of an annual renewal and have not made material use of the new term, we will refund the renewal charge on request. After 30 days, annual terms are non-refundable but you keep access for the remainder of the term.

4. Add-ons, credits and one-time purchases

Prepaid AI credits, SMS/voice credits, extra seats added mid-cycle, and one-time services are non-refundable once consumed. Unused prepaid balances remain available on your workspace until used.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — most billing questions are resolved within one business day. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may result in immediate suspension of the workspace pending resolution.

6. How to request a refund

Email billing@evrondesk.com from the email address on the account and include the workspace name and the invoice number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email to workspace owners at least 14 days before they take effect.
